With nearly 40 years as a building systems engineer, “engineering excellence” has always been David's trademark. As a Principal and Quality Manager for Engineering, he has taken the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing department at Schmidt Associates to new heights. He also serves as Project Manager on key engineering projects.
