An Associate with the firm, Deb remembers wanting to be an architect since the 8th grade. A results-oriented individual with a flair for problem solving, Deb is a perfect fit to lead the Program Management discipline of Schmidt Associates. When asked about her transition from architect to program manager, she replies that she’s still a designer—she’s just designing processes vs. buildings. Helping organizations get to where they need to be is her main objective.
