Project Architect Immediate opportunity available for a Project Architect with healthcare experience to lead the team through all phases of projects. Bachelors Degree in Architecture and licensure is required. Qualified individual should have 8+ years of experience, with a majority concentration in healthcare projects. Must also have the ability to plan and meet project deadlines, the ability to lead a project team, and a holistic understanding of the design and construction process. Candidate must be adept at working with multi-discipline team members, project managers, client leaders, architecture quality manager within the firm and owner’s representatives, user groups, construction managers, multi-discipline consultants and code officials. Candidate must be skilled in all aspects of project operations: owner relationships, implementing project strategies, project delivery from design phase through construction documents, bidding, construction, and maintenance/closeout. Candidate must have good working knowledge of building codes, healthcare guidelines, accessibility standards, legal and safety issues, be proficient in word processing, spreadsheet and scheduling software and exhibit excellent oral and written skills.
