On a summer day in 1979, Ron received a phone call from Wayne Schmidt asking him to come join the firm. Since then, Ron has grown with the firm, and now serves as a Principal and the Director of Operations. His philosophy for operations is simple: the cornerstone is quality – quality of both design and service. Building on that philosophy, he implements tactics to assure that every Owner receives a quality product.
