Lisa has always been interested in putting things together. After designing and constructing her fourth dollhouse, those around her introduced the idea of an architectural career. Taking that path, she’s found a home with Schmidt Associates. As a Project Manager, her philosophy is to be proactive and create a collaborative environment. Committed to life-long learning, she launched Schmidt Academy – the firm’s internal training program.
